Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C)

DESCRIPTION Sodium ascorbate is sodium slat of ascorbic acid, which is commonly called vitamin C. It is slightly yellow to white powder, odorless, soluble in water. The molecular formula of sodium vitamin C is C6H7NaO6, and its CAS number is 134-03-2. In 1,000 grams sodium ascorbate, it contains 889g ascorbic acid and 111g sodium.
APPLICATION

Vitamin C is widely used in many fields such as food , beverage, breeding and forage additives.
