Sucralose

DESCRIPTION Sucralose is a non-caloric, high-intensity sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sucrose. Sucralose retains its sweetness over a wide range of temperatures and storage conditions in variety of applications. Because of its extended shelf-life stability, food manufacturers use Sucralose to create great tasting new foods and beverages in categories such as canned fruit, low-calorie fruit drinks, baked goods, sauces and syrups. Sucralose also can be used as a sweetener in nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals, vitamins, and mineral supplements. 
APPLICATION Beverages, Baked Foods, Blending, Frozen Dairy Desserts, Chewing Gum, Hard Candies, Snack Foods,Yogurt, Gelatins, Sauces, Breakfast Cereals, Condiments. PACKAGING: Powder: Packaged in multi-layer kraft paper bag with food grade PE inner bag, net 25kg/bag. (Other packaging types are available on requests)
SHELF LIFE: 24 months if stored under recommended storage conditions.
STORAGE: Should be stored in airtight container in a cool and dry place below 40ºC and relative humidity less then 70%.
