Sodium Lactate

DESCRIPTION sodium lactate food grade is colorless or slightly yellow,viscous transparent clear liquid,odorless or slightly special odor, mildly salty taste,sodium lactate content of not less than 50%,miscible with waterand ethanol at any ratio,nearly neutral in its aqueous solution,and insoluble in diethyl ether and thichloromethane.
APPLICATION

1)It is mainly used as a food preservative. 2)Used in plant genetic research, also used as dye intermediate, fungicide and preservative 3.)Antiseptic; antimicrobial agent. 4)Sodium lactate has been widely used in meat products and is applicable to various Chinese and western high/low-quality products, such as roasted meat, ham, sandwich, sausage, Frankfurter sausage, high-temperature ham, chicken meat, sauced meat products as well as cosmetics
