Textured Pea Protein

DESCRIPTION Textured pea protein is a kind of protein which is processed by special technology and similar to lean meat fiber. After hydration during production, it has uniform tissue characteristics and specific tissue structure. After adding 10-20% the protein into the meat it can replace both beef and pork.The quality will keep the same and the cost will fall. At the same time the meat will be prevented from shrinking and becomes more nutritious. This product has the characteristics of high water retention, high elasticity and high organization. It is also Non-GMO and without any common allergens, cholesterol or antibiotics. It can be widely used in producing vegetarian products. We have different shapes: Flakes, Granular and Chunk. And the protein content can be 60%, 70% and 80%.
